What we do



Working Wardrobe addresses the basic issues connected to building the confidence of women in order to achieve success during the job search and interview process.


Programmes delivered as part of the 'Back to Work' project include:


  • Building self-esteem
  • Assessing personal objectives
  • Developing interview skills
  • Goal setting
  • C.V. preparation
  • Interview techniques
  • Advice on styling and grooming
  • Business etiquette
  • Communication and behaviour in the work place
  • Assistance with company research
  • Mentoring to give support and confidence throughout the interview process
  • Role play on interview questions and answers
  • One–to–one back to work mentoring sessions
  • Interview outfit awarded from the Suiting Programme on receipt of interview offer



'Back to Work' mentoring and interview skill sessions are also available to men wishing to re-enter the work place and to women aged 50+ looking to renew their interview skills.


In addition to this successful programme, Working Wardrobe provide bespoke training programmes designed to meet any specific requirements
